As we often do when health-related events roll around, we wanted to shed some light on National Women’s Health Week.
Here is everything you need to know:
- It is an observance led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office on Women’s Health.
- It’s already taking place, as it kicked off on Mother’s Day (May 6th). It will be celebrated until May 14th.
- It is an attempt to inspire and encourage women to begin prioritizing their health. You can even sign a pledge as a motivational tactic! And don’t forget to spread the word on social media.
So go to the doctor for a check-up, make and keep dental appointments and make it your mission to be your best and healthiest ever.
See you next week!
