Failing to replace a toothbrush every 3-4 months is an oral health mistake that many people make. In fact, it just might be one of the top faux pas when it comes to healthy smile maintenance.
Using an old toothbrush means that bristles have been worn down, rendering the entire toothbrushing routine less effective. Oh and old toothbrushes tend to harbor lots of bacteria. Yuck.
