Have You Replaced Your Toothbrush In The Last 3-4 Months?

Via

Failing to replace a toothbrush every 3-4 months is an oral health mistake that many people make. In fact, it just might be one of the top faux pas when it comes to healthy smile maintenance.

Using an old toothbrush means that bristles have been worn down, rendering the entire toothbrushing routine less effective. Oh and old toothbrushes tend to harbor lots of bacteria. Yuck.

Stress and chaos can distract us from taking proper care of ourselves and it can certainly cause us to forget to throw out an old toothbrush when we have so many other things on our minds! So, consider this a special reminder to toss your toothbrush in the trash (and to treat yourself to a brand new one)!

Get to it!
